$YUGE is a satirical meme project built around an original fictional collectible-toy mascot. All copy, imagery and commentary are parody and entertainment.

$YUGE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to Donald Trump, any other politician, any political campaign or party, any government or agency, or any toy manufacturer or brand. Any resemblance is satirical.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy anything. $YUGE tokens have no intrinsic value and are not offered as securities. Consult a qualified professional before making any decision.

Digital assets are volatile and high-risk. You may lose the entire amount you spend. Presale participation carries additional risks including smart-contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, failed transactions, delays, changes to the project roadmap and total loss of value.

You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, recovery phrase, network selection, gas fees and the accuracy of every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be refunded or reversed by us.

Prices, stage schedules, bonuses, percentages and listing figures shown on the Site are indicative and may change. Nothing constitutes a guarantee or promise of any future price, price increase, exchange listing, liquidity, trading volume, profit or return.

The $YUGE name, mascot artwork, copy and design are original works owned by the project. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

The Site links to third-party services such as wallets, explorers and social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" without warranties, and the project, its contributors and operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost tokens, funds or profits arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. The revised version is posted here with a new effective date and continued use of the Site means you accept it.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
